The program begins with a detailed orientation that includes an in-depth body analysis and body measurements. The most important part of this process is discussing the goals of the client. We need to establish clear goals with very determined short-term objectives.
These goals will be written by the client on the orientation sheet and then signed. We believe that when a client writes down their goals and sets specific dates, it solidifies the importance of these goals.
