“Fitness has been a part of my life for over 30 years! Growing up, I played organized sports, so keeping in shape was a must. The gym environment and the overall fitness lifestyle appealed to me and I started out like everyone else – lots of desire, but little knowledge. At the time, a lot of what I learned came from fellow fitness enthusiasts and a lot of trial and error. Now, many years later, my desire is still strong, and I now have the wisdom to go along with it. I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the World Instructor Training School (W.I.T.S.) and completed my internship at a local Newark gym.
As an adult, it’s so important to stay active and exercise. It’s always been in me to try and help people and, based on my experience, we all need a guide.
