As we grow older our body changes and additional care should be given to ensure the highest possible standard of living. Two common changes are reduction in testosterone in males and a loss of bone density (often higher in females) which can lead to osteoporosis. By incorporating two to three, forty-five minute resistant based training sessions a week, Club 55 clients can positively impact both of the previously mentioned challenges.

Mike Womer is the strength and conditioning coach at Red Lion Christian Academy. He is also the varsity quarterback and backfield coach for the Varsity Football team and the assistant coach for the Varsity Baseball team. 1614 Fitness and Aerobics serves as the official training site for the football squad as well as for many of the other athletes. The football players are currently training three days a week using a program designed to meet the unique needs of high school football players. We monitor and chart their progress regularly.
Our staff is proud to have helped many local high school and college athletes improve in their desired sports. Fully certified personal trainers provide individualized attention allowing each athlete to appropriately target their specialized needs.

Physical therapists often encourage their patients to continue to perform specific exercises at the conclusion of their therapy to fully complete their recovery. At 1614, many of our clients have recently completed a rehabilitation program and are currently getting stronger by following an individualized workout program designed by our staff to meet their unique needs. We help clients correctly perform the necessary movements to ensure that they safely complete their recovery.
We purchased our Life Fitness circuit equipment largely because it is often used in many of the top-notch physical therapist offices. We are happy to work with therapists to ensure that we provide our Clients with the best possible service.
Using over 20 years of experience in assisting young people improve their mental and physical well being, 1614 Fitness has designed “Just Play”. This fun group class has been created to help children ages 7-11 establish good healthy habits while incorporating workouts that teach them proper body position and function. Join us in weekly workouts perfect for all levels that incorporate body lifts, running and jumping as well as using tools such as medicine balls, balance trainers and even parachutes.
