Summer Class Descriptions
Toning Class with Lauren Barre-inspired class to kick your toning to the next level! Light weights and balancing to whip your core into shape, while creating those long lean muscles in your arms, shoulders and legs. Low-impact class with two cardio sections to get your heart going, there are always options to take it easy or really challenge your muscles! We will focus a lot on form and “mind to the muscle” to create a deeper awareness of body positioning and strength building.
Cardio Dance with TraceyTHIS IS A FUN FILLED DANCE INSPIRED WORKOUT DESIGNED TO INCORPORATE ALL TYPES OF DANCE INTO A HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO HEAVY WORKOUT! ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS ARE WELCOME!
THIS CLASS INVOLVES CONTINUED USE OF LIGHT WEIGHTS WHILE CONSTANTLY MOVING THE LOWER BODY TO ALLOW FOR SCULPTING, TONING AND CARDIO FOR MAXIMUM HEALTH BENEFITS. ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS ARE WELCOME
Cardio Kickboxing/Sculpting with Marianne CK and Sculpting is 30 minutes of high intensity cardio kickboxing followed by 30 minutes of body sculpting focusing on legs, abs and glutes, using hand weights, bands, bars and balls. Guaranteed to burn major calories and leave you feeling de-stressed and ready to take on the world!
Pilates and Yoga with Amy
Pilates is a series of exercises utilizing the powerhouse, or core and spine. Controlled movement and breathing techniques lengthen muscles without creating bulk for flexibility, stability and proper alignment. Pilates creates symmetry in the body, helping prevent injury.
Yoga is a practice of yoking the breath with movement. This class helps flexibility, relaxation, and greater body awareness. All levels are welcome, please bring a mat.
Stretch and Balance. Help improve your flexibility and balance through total body stretching.
Plyometrics. If you want cardio, leg strength, and firmer abs, this is the class for you. Class includes use of hurdles, BOSU balls, steps and physioballs.
On the ball. Want a total body workout that will help you get ready for that new bathing suit? Get on the ball with us!
Beach Bodies. It is finally summer! If you want that six pack you’ve always dreamed of try our Beach Body Ab class!
Cardio Sculpting. Total body resistance training mixed with a little aerobics that get a lot of results.
Kickin’ Butts. This mix of cardio kickboxing and resistance weight training will have you crawling out the door.
Kickboxing. You asked for it. Here it is! Real martial arts moves for the ultimate cardio workout!
Striations. Pilates with a twist! Pilates-style moves making up the perfect mix of toning, firming, and stretching.
Weight Training for Women. Tired of using machines for your strength training? Resistance training is the primary focus of this class and it is designed specifically for women!
